focus on lifting less weight Tvolve  while increasing your repetitions, always in sets of three. So, while you may feel that you can lift 60 pounds, it is much more beneficial for you to cut that number down to 30 and do twenty repetitions, instead of being limited to five or 10 at the higher weight level.
